Bookings are taken on the basis of a 3 night weekend (Friday to Monday), 4 night mid-week stay (Monday to Friday) and weekly or fortnightly stays (Friday to Friday during high season or Monday to Monday during off peak times).
Note : 4 night mid-week breaks are offered at the same price as 3 night weekend breaks - so you effectively get one night free!
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Bookings are taken on the basis of a 3 night weekend stay (Friday to Monday), 4 night mid-week stay (Monday to Friday) or weekly stays (Friday to Friday). Bookings for the main school holiday weeks will be on a 7 or 14 night basis only.
Please note: Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Normal changeover days are Friday and Monday (variable over the Christmas period). If you have requirements outside of these parameters, please do still get in touch - there may be some flexibility depending availability, peak/off-peak periods etc.
HOW TO BOOK
Please check the dates you are interested in are free using the calendar on the availability tab. If available send me a booking enquiry using the form on the "enquiries" tab. Please specify your dates, details of your party (including any dogs) and any other special requests or requirements. I will reply asap (usually within 24 hours). A 30% deposit will be required to secure your booking and completion of our booking form; the remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
