Tara, a massive thank you from us for sharing your beautiful home. We've had a wonderful week visiting many local attractions and exploring the Norfolk Coast....This is our first holiday as a family of 4 and we have made memories which will last a lifetime.

What an amazing stay once again, this is our third year staying at Fountains Fell and it was as excellent as always. The barn is always so beautiful and has everything we need.
What a beautiful place, couldn't have asked for more. super comfy beds and peace & quiet. Loved to explore the North Norfolk Coast x. We will definitely be back.

A truly lovely weekend!! The barn is beautiful and we had a great time celebrating 2x 60th birthdays, perfect weather meant lovely walks and G&T's on the sunny balcony. The kitchen has lots of really useful equipment, chopping boards, quality china etc. Recommend Sunday lunch at the Foundry Arms (about 35/40 mins walk) and also enjoyed a sunny afternoon int he beer garden at Woodlands (only 10 mins walk away). All in all a really great place to enjoy being with friends and out dog! Many thanks Tara!
Another amazing stay at this beautiful barn. None of us could ask for more. Th3e barn is sooo clean and well kept. The attention to detail is outstanding as is the quality of everything. and the Welcome Pack is so thoughtful and nice.
We were so lucky with the weather and spend everyday doing something special; Sandringham, Royal Cromer golf course, a day boat on the Broads, went to Cromer and Holt and saw the sea lions. All LOVELY and can't wait for next year.
Seven of us and a dog were celebrating a Golden Wedding Anniversary. Loved the barn and the local walks.......visited Overstrand and Cromer for beaches and pubs and mooching; some of us visited Sandringham......others enjoyed the North Norfolk steam railway that day and had a great time!

Amazing stay once again at Fountains Fells. Beautiful accommodation and setting, thoughtful welcome packs which both adults and children were very excited about....we have had the best two weeks and can't wait to come back next year!!
Fantastic stay at your beautiful barn, everything you could want and more! Lovely welcome gifts on arrival, clean & tidy, website was exactly as described. Tried all local pubs and especially enjoyed Rocky Bottom seafood platter to die for! The sun shone for the whole week which was an added bonus, so was able to enjoy the garden and beautiful beaches (Wells-Next-the-Sea is worth a visit). Can't wait to come back again!
The title of Superhost for Tara is an understatement. This place is absolutely beautiful, the photos look amazing but we were still blown away when we arrived. We were greeted by a welcome note and gifts which were very thoughtful, even something for our 9 month old daughter. The rustic/Scandinavian decor throughout is fantastic - so inspiring we were getting ideas for our own house! We were a party of 6 adults, a baby and dogs, we weren’t under each others feet like other places we have visited. Very spacious. The barn was immaculate, thoroughly clean and tidy. Beds were VERY comfortable, linen and towels are of very high quality. The living space is beautiful with secure terraces to view the gardens. Secure gates on stairs to keep babies and animals safe. Private garden is secure to be able to have doors open. The main bathroom is amazing, the bath is HUGE even though it was only used for our daughter! The huge shower head in the en-suite is very nice!! - we are definitely getting something similar to ours. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large range master oven and with all pots, pans and utensils needed to cook from scratch. There is a folder with plenty of easy to follow information for someone who has never visited the area. We spent our days visiting the beaches and the evenings in the living space playing games and watching films. What I’m trying to say really is the place is home from home the moment you open the door! Can’t thank Tara enough for letting us stay here.
Well what can I say ...we all had an amazing stay at your beautiful barn. It was everything you could of wished for and more from the cosy sofa round that huge fire, comfy beds, fab kitchen and of course the bar area that the men loved as they thought they were at the pub 😍. We used the local Mundesley cab firm - they were fantastic taking us to the Foundry Arms / Ingham Swan prompt and picked us up too! Local chippy was ace too as phoned our order and just picked up - all so easy. We had a laugh at Cromer on Saturday as was super windy and battled to stay on the ground, we watched the sea come up over the sea wall...was bracing to say the least and blew those cobwebs away for sure.
Thank you so much for all the little extra treats very appreciated. Can’t wait to come again next year for sure ...Thanks for making it really special for my hubs and family.
Fountains Fell is a beautiful place to stay - we are all so pleased we picked here. The welcome touches were a real surprise and were appreciated by us all! The barn is modern and luxurious, it has been decorated to a really high standard. We loved the huge sofa, light up shower heads and mezzanine area. Tara & Laurence really have thought of everything - children's books, dog bowls, and stairgates throughout really helped make our stay so much easier and comfortable.
The location is wonderful - perfect for dog walks, close to local amenities and lovely views all around. The Guest Handbook is so useful - some great tips for places to visit and cafes/restaurants to try. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

The barn has a homely ambiance whilst maintaining a beautiful luxurious feel to it. The views and walks are amazing. We need to book again as so many things in the area to do and see. Thank you!
This is a fantastic space - perfect for a family or group with space for everyone to do their own thing or come together for meals or relaxation. We were a family group with a toddler a dog and grandparents, so space, safety and cleanliness were very important to us. The outside spaces were a great bonus. We visited Cromer, Sheringham Park, Happisburgh and Holkham Beach easily from this property. We walked to the local pub in Northrepps in under half an hour down quiet lanes.
I just wanted to drop you an email to say how much we all enjoyed our week at the barn. The barn was beautifully decorated and equipped and there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. Your information pack both before and in the barn was brilliant for getting ourselves established quickly. We loved exploring the area and without exception found the locals so very friendly and welcoming which made the stay even more enjoyable.....

An absolutely brilliant stay at Fountains Fell. The barn is beautiful and had everything we needed and more; the decor is gorgeous and felt like a little slice of luxury....
....A truly relaxing break surrounded by spectacular views; a great place for a family holiday for ages 10 months to 70 years! We definitely hope to return next year as the barn is the perfect place for us and we still have so much more to explore.
Thank you Tara for a fantastic holiday. Fountains Fell Barn is beautifully finished and really well equipped. The children especially loved the mezzanine to hang out! It has been a great place to stay while exploring the wonderful beaches of Norfolk. The local cliff top and spectacular views allowed us some fantastic dog walks. We are sad to be going home but are already planning our next trip!
Wonderfully relaxing and comfortable stay at Fountains Fell - thank you! Beautifully styled and brilliantly equipped base from which to explore - a great reward at the end of lockdown. We enjoyed the short local circuit - us walking, kids on bikes; longer walks to Overstrand on the cliffs & Cromer on the beach were beautiful....would have loved to stay longer, thank you!
We eventually got to the barn! Originally booked March 2020, rebooked a year later; sadly we couldn't make it due to lockdowns. Tara has been amazing throughout. It has just made our stay even more worthwhile. Tara we were really grateful for your detailed welcome pack. The website page is also perfect. We especially loved our welcome gifts - they were a lovely touch after a long drive. India our loveable dog has told us that she would love to come back so watch this space!
